PowerXL offers a 90-day money-back guarantee on all home appliances to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, you may return it within this period for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via our online portal or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Product

  Securely place the appliance in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the provided RMA form.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
